Long term image preservation with new formulated ink
The newly developed LUCIA PRO II¹ ink includes an advanced colour development process that retains colour in an image for much longer. As a result, printed images have an excellent lightfastness which are preserved for 200 years².
Deeper black with new formulated ink
Use of low reflectance pigments provides high black density. This allows fine art paper to reproduce a deeper black colour whilst expanding the range of expression of the work.
High scratch resistance with new formulated ink
The addition of wax to the new LUCIA PRO II ink, provides better scratch resistance on glossy/semi-glossy paper surfaces. This improves handling during printing, post-processing, displaying and packaging.
Enjoy large capacity ink bottles
The TX-6600 comes with large-capacity ink bottles, including 4 x 160ml (Black, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta) and 1 x 330ml (Matte Black). There are three different size replacements to choose from - 160ml, 330ml or 700ml.
Hot swap ink replacement to maximise output
Canon’s ‘hot swap ink system’ uses a sub-ink tank so you can replace inks on the fly. This helps to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
High-definition printing
The enhanced image quality features enable detailed CAD prints, from line drawings to maps, to be printed more accurately.
